WE ARE HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT TWELVE HEALTHY PUPPIES ARRIVED ON JANUARY 3, 2022 FROM OUR BOY CH LINFERT'S EPIPHANY SAY MY NAME, CGC "WALTER" AND OUR GIRL FOUR OAKS EPIPHANY BRACE YOURSELF "MEADOW"!!! SHE DELIVERED 12 HEALTHY BEAUTIFUL PUPPIES HERE AT OUR HOME CONSISTING OF 4 MALES AND 8 FEMALES!!
ALL TWELVE PUPPIES HAVE BEEN SPOKEN FOR EXCEPT FOR THE ONE WE'RE KEEPING AND WILL BE PLACED IN THEIR FOREVER HOMES SOON. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN A PUPPY FROM EPIPHANY MASTIFFS!!
When we place puppies, show puppies will be placed with full registration on a co-ownership basis. Companion/pet puppies will be placed with limited registration. All puppies will be up to date on their shots, wormings and will be micro-chipped before going to their new home. They will all be Puppy Aptitude Tested to ensure each puppy is placed in the home that is suitable for its temperament and its new family.
We DO NOT ship puppies, so arrangements will have to be made to pick up your puppy from us. We are approximately one hour from major airports in Virginia. Puppies must be picked up and ride back with you in a vehicle, or ride in the seat beside you should you choose to fly to Virginia to get your puppy from us. We will provide you with our address and driving directions to our home as needed.
